2 months agoWe arrived at 6:15, seated before 6:30, but didn't get our meals until nearly 8. When we asked for boxes and the check, the I'm waitress brought our boxes and disappeared. We could see her through the door taking her break in the back while I'm we sat and waited. We had to get another waitress to get our check and take it payment. When it waitress realized we'd involved someone else, she got annoyed with us. We didn't leave until 8:30. Setting the horrible service aside, the food was mediocre at best. The bread and hot peppers were very good, the rest felt like Sysco-to-you. If anything was homemade, it didn't taste like it. Very disappointed.

2 months agoOMG!!!! Stay away...The past reviews have to be the owners friends to get high ratings. If we wanted to eat pre-made microwaved food we would eat at sheetz. Disappointed in so many ways. Stay away.

4 months agoI ordered off the kids menu because I can't eat a lot of spices and I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it had hot pepper chips in it which I couldn't eat so it was a waste of money for me

5 months agoRarely do I give all 5 stars. I came here many years ago and ordered a steak salad and the steak was so fatty that I basically threw it out so Friday the 26th of December decided to eat here again. Oddly enough after talking to our waitress kelsey I ordered it again. It was phenomenal. My kids got the fish dinners. Son liked the fish but not the Mac and cheese and daughter liked the sides but not the fish. What highlighted our visit was kelsey. One of the best waitresses I have ever encountered and I eat out constantly. Because of her service we will be back.

Edited 7 months agoFood was amazing! So greatful we tried this restaurant for the first time the other night in Poland ohio. We're still fairly new to the area and wanted to try something different. We chose The 🔥 Fireplace and were pleasantly surprised by the food and the prices. For under 60.00 I fed my family of 4 with an amazing meal. The burgers were juicy and fat, the fries were crisp but not burnt or over seasoned, and the chicken 🤗Absolutely delicious. The employees were very courteous and friendly. Thank you for the delightful service and meal. Will be going back very soon!

2 years agoDecent food for the price. Nothing special. It was busy on a Tuesday evening, not sure why, but it took about 25-30 min for food to come. The server was very nice

2 years agoWhat a gem. The food was so tasty and fresh and reasonably priced for what you receive. Friendly atmosphere and very clean and updated. I had the chicken français. Great taste. If you’re there, try the shrimp appetizer you’ll love it.
